Step into our peaceful central Buxton retreat, Hearthside Park Road. A large spacious family-friendly apartment with a private hot tub courtyard awaits. Dogs are very welcome. Walk to the Opera House, Pavilion Gardens, enjoy local dining and revel in the surrounding countryside.

Hearthside Park Road is ideal for very large group/family gatherings, it can accommodate up to 28 guests (please see the sleeping arrangements below in the bedroom layout). The building is an old Victorian building dating back to 1883 that has been newly renovated into 3 luxury apartments for 2024. With this whole house booking all of the internal doors will be left unlocked so that your whole group can access all of the space - if you'd rather they still lock please just request this.

There is a self contained apartment on each floor, each contains: a full sized large kitchen, dining areas for 10 people (top floor is for 8), living room with large T.V. and spacious hallway leading to the bedrooms.

There are 11 bedrooms throughout the house:

Bedroom 1: King size bed, T.V. in the room. (Ground floor)

Bedroom 2: King size bed, T.V. in the room. En-suite containing: a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. (Ground floor)

Bedroom 3: King size bed. En-suite containing: a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. (Ground floor)

Bedroom 4: King size bed, T.V. in the room. (Ground floor)

Bedroom 5: King size bed, T.V. in the room. (1st floor)

Bedroom 6: King size four poster bed, bath in the bay windows. (1st floor)

Bedroom 7: King size bed, T.V. in the room and desk. (1st floor)

Bedroom 8: 2 single beds, T.V. in the room. (1st floor)

Bedroom 9: King size bed and desk. (2nd floor)

Bedroom 10: King size bed and desk. (2nd floor)

Bedroom 11: King size bed, T.V. in the room and desk. (2nd floor)

There are also 3 double sofa beds, 1 in each of the living rooms.

We understand the importance of a good night's sleep and have only selected the best mattresses and linen for your stay. Foldable cots are available upon request, please note you will need to bring your own linen.

There are 5 main bathrooms throughout the house in addition to the 2 en-suites:

Each kitchen, dining and living space is a spacious open plan design for the group/family to enjoy together. Books, games and puzzles are provided. There is a large smart T.V. with Sky and Netflix surrounded with comfy sofas for everyone to join in. The dining table is there to share precious meals with the group/family. High chairs are available, please inform us of how many you need in advance.

There is a beautifully landscaped communal garden, complete with a bookable patio seating area and BBQ. There is plenty of lawn to share a picnic on the grass and enjoy some fresh air.

Plenty of on-site private parking, at the front and rear of the property.

Dogs are very welcome, please inform us of how many you have so we can prepare a dog bed and bowls for your stay.

We had an amazing couple of days.. we booked the whole house for some family time and loved that the house was pet friendly . Such a Beautiful property. Well laid out and spotless. We went paddle boarding on the lake 20 minutes away and ate locally at the recommended sun Inn. Would definitely recommend this property, hopefully will return. Thankyou

The house was absolutely stunning, and clearly decorated and furnished to a very high spec. There was a bit of a collective gasp from my team when we walked in as the living areas are so impressive. There was milk and cake, and the bathrooms all came with really lovely products. Amazing attention to detail! There was a problem with the hot water which Sarah responded to immediately and there was a plumber round to fix it within a couple of hours. Cannot recommend the house or hosts highly enough! Thanks so much for a perfect stay!

An excellent property which is beautifully decorated to the highest standard. We hired the full property for our short trip and it exceeded expectations for our group. The location is beautiful with many attractions near by and in a quiet location. Check in via the smart lock was fine once you get the hang of how to enter the code and when I did get a little stuck there was someone available to ask for support immediately on the other end of the phone. Would definitely book again and highly recommend this beautiful property.
