The Space:

Lud’s Snug is ideal for close family and smaller groups. There are 3 bedrooms; 2 with double beds and 1 that has a daybed (1 permanent single bed and 1 single bed that pulls out from under the other). We understand the importance of a good night's sleep and have only selected the best mattresses and linen for your stay. Foldable cots are available upon request, you will need to bring your own linen, please inform us of how many you need in advance. There is a main bathroom which contains: a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

There is an office desk space in the bedroom with the daybed so there is the option to use as an office or bedroom. 

The kitchen, dining* and living space is a spacious open plan design for the group/family to enjoy together. Books, games and puzzles are provided. There is a large smart T.V. with Sky and Netflix surrounded with comfy sofas for everyone to join in. High chairs are available upon request, please inform us in advance. 

*Please note the dining space upstairs is designed for 4 people to be able to eat around the dining table and is a cosy space.

Beautifully landscaped communal garden, complete with a bookable patio seating area and BBQ. There is plenty of lawn to share a picnic on the grass and enjoy some fresh air.

Plenty of on-site private parking, there are 2 spaces available.

Dogs are very welcome, please inform us of how many you have so we can prepare a dog bed and bowls for your stay.

Lud's Snug was an excellent last minute booking for us for over Boxing Day. Separate from the main house, it is contained and private with its own parking in the rear. David and Sarah are excellent Collin communication from the get-go. They obviously manage this property very well and whoever rents from their group can rest assured they will get impeccable service. The property is clean, well proportioned for a short stay and has all mod-cons. Highly recommended.

Lud's snug is comfortable and cozy with almost everything you need for a couple of nights stay in Buxton. A lovely location, pretty convenient for the Pavilion Gardens or walking in to the town centre.
